Customer Advisor | Home Office possible after 1-2 months onboarding

Introduction

For our client, we are looking for a communicative personality as a Customer Advisor. You will support customers by telephone with questions regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts. In doing so, you will find suitable solutions and ensure friendly and understandable advice.

Tasks

• Telephone advice for questions regarding invoices and payments
• Clarification of outstanding amounts as well as agreement of possible payment solutions
• Processing of credits, refunds, and offsets
• Adjustment or cancellation of incorrect invoices according to internal guidelines
• Execution of administrative steps for suspensions and unsuspensions
• Support with digital payment options and self-service offers
• Identifying additional customer needs and forwarding suitable offers

Profile

• Experience in customer service, contact center, or commercial area is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone advice and direct customer contact
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Interest in invoice, payment, and financial topics
• Confident handling of IT systems and quick comprehension
• Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
