Sales Administrator Inside Sales & Export 100%

In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components required for the precise control of plasma processes, which are used in the production of memory chips or touchscreens for sensors, smartphones, or tablets.

This is what you will do:

• Responsibility for smooth order processing from the customer inquiry to timely delivery
• Coordination between customers, Supply Chain, and internal specialist departments to ensure delivery readiness
• Handling of international transports including shipping, customs, and export processes (SAP GTS/AEB)
• Processing of customer orders, complaints, and returns (RMA) as well as maintenance and optimization of sales master data and data in customer portals
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations and guidelines of the -known shipper-

What you bring with you:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Experience in inside sales or in order processing
• Experience in export and an international environment is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills as well as experience with SAP SD
