Ward Manager 80-100%

Your tasks:

• In cooperation with the Nursing Area Management, you are responsible for the inpatient department as well as leadership, coordination and organization
• Together with the nursing specialist responsible and the practical instructor (three-legged stool), you create a motivating work environment that ensures a high quality of work
• You support and accompany the employees within the framework of primary nursing and commit to the implementation of Pathway to Excellence
• You promote good interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation within the framework of Lean Management
• You participate in projects

Your profile:

• Completed training as a nursing specialist with professional experience
• Proactive and resilient personality with strong organizational talent and assertiveness
• Patient safety and customer orientation are important to you
• Completed leadership training or the willingness to complete a CAS in Management and Leadership
