Your role ####

Your missions:

• Define and drive the training and skills development strategy of the company by structuring the training organization (roles, pedagogical skills, responsibilities).
• Guarantee the management, updating, reliability, and traceability of skills and data related to training in dedicated systems (e.g., qualifications, authorizations, certifications, training courses attended).
• Ensure the compliance of training and evaluations with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements (e.g., FOT prescriptions).
• Elaborate, prioritize, implement, and monitor the company's training plan by coordinating the necessary resources (e.g., budget, internal trainers, external providers, training infrastructure, and tools).
• Drive training and skills development projects resulting from the company's strategic orientations (e.g., creation of training paths, digitalization of training, induction plan).
• Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators related to training and skills development, set annual objectives, and propose necessary improvement measures.
• Drive initial vocational training and coordinate the supervision and monitoring of apprentices with the relevant parties.
• Manage employees directly reporting to training.

The profile we are looking for ####

• You hold a CFC in commerce and a Federal Diploma of Adult Trainer.
• You have proven experience in corporate training management and experience in skills management and the organization of a quality system. You have several years of experience in an environment subject to regulatory or certification requirements.
• You have a B1 level in German.
• You are a unifier with interpersonal ease and excellent oral and written communication skills. You are able to support change and evolve practices.
