What you can achieve

• You lead two teams with a total of around 20 employees and 2 team leaders in a technical and personnel capacity. The span of control may change over time.
• With your responsible personality, you are responsible for the value chain in the Packing area and a customer department with the entire material flow from goods receipt to goods issue.
• You plan and coordinate the assignments of your team. Additionally, you ensure correct performance recording as well as operational leadership using key figures and reports.
• Together with the management team, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of service quality and the increase in efficiency in the warehouse area. In doing so, you lead and accompany the entire process as a solution-oriented person.
• You recognize optimization potential in existing processes and implement corresponding improvement measures.

What you bring with you

• Ideally, you have completed training in the field of logistics as well as corresponding further education.
• Your leadership experience helps you to quickly get a foothold in the new function; additionally, you convince with organizational flair and flexibility and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• You prioritize the contribution as a team over your own goals, set the right priorities, and communicate objectively and transparently.
• With your talent for constructive conflict resolution, you ensure a prompt and cost-efficient way of working.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German. English skills are an advantage.
