Tasks

• Ensuring material availability considering demand, procurement times, costs and strategic requirements
• Operational procurement of components, commercial and consumable materials
• Planning and triggering of internal and external production orders as well as coordination of production capacities
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments, suppliers and external partners
• Monitoring and optimization of inventory levels as well as initiation of suitable measures
• Disposition of new, revised and phasing-out items including maintenance of disposition parameters as well as management of ramp-up and ramp-down
• Support of Product Management and Sales Management in demand planning, condition negotiations and cross-departmental projects
• Administration and monitoring of supplier contracts including renewals
• Monitoring of delivery dates as well as processing of missing order confirmations and overdue deliveries
• Control of invoices and prices, payment releases as well as posting in the system
• Maintenance of article and address master data
• Organization and coordination of goods transports considering agreed conditions
• Processing of returns, credit notes and complaints
• Leading the introduction of a new WSC in the national and international environment as well as management of the ramp-down of phasing-out assortments

Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Mandatory several years of experience in a comparable position
• Ideally experience in logistics
• Advantageous knowledge of Opacc and with SAP
• Accustomed to acting as an interface function
• Flawless German skills, any further language is an advantage
