To strengthen our team in the Technics & Maintenance department, we are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Druckluftanlagen (w/m/d), 100%.   Your tasks:  Operation & Responsibility: • Active assumption of the role as plant owner • Operation and maintenance of heating and sanitary systems (distribution systems, generation systems) • Ensuring plant availability and operational safety • Monitoring, controlling, and documenting plant operation Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Fault finding and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and control components • Carrying out maintenance and inspections according to the maintenance plan • Independent execution of smaller conversions and technical improvements • Rectification and documentation of malfunctions in plants and individual devices Cooperation & Projects • Collaboration with external service providers • Support during audits and official inspections • Participation in plant optimization and technical projects • Contribution to the definition of maintenance measures Organization & Safety • Ensuring order and cleanliness in the assigned plant areas • Ensuring the availability of spare parts, materials, and tools • Compliance with all relevant safety regulations   Your profile: • Completed training as a maintenance specialist EFZ or equivalent training • Basic training in the field of heating and/or sanitary technology or equivalent • Further training as a plant operator for heating systems, and further training in the field of maintenance is desirable • 4 years of professional experience in technical maintenance and experience in handling heating and sanitary systems • Negotiation security in German (spoken/written) and English spoken is desirable • Securely applied MS-Office skills in a professional environment • SAP knowledge is an advantage   Our offer: • A dynamic and strongly growing work environment with internal development and training opportunities • Company-internal kindergarten on the Bachem Campus Bubendorf • 60% takeover of pension fund contributions by Bachem AG, as well as the possibility of over-obligatory provision with our choice savings plan • Access to benefit platforms with discounts from external partners • Fresh, healthy, and varied food in our staff restaurant • Diverse free sports activities on the Bachem Campus   Do you want to drive innovations forward with us?
