In our Service Administration, you are the first point of contact for incoming fault reports. With your calm, solution-oriented manner, you ensure that our customers are optimally supported. Your area of responsibility Recording and processing of fault reports Coordination and forwarding of assignments to our service technicians Administrative support for our service technicians Email processing of inquiries and fault reports Maintenance and updating of various lists in Microsoft Teams Recording and evaluation of hotline key figures Your profile Completed basic commercial training or a comparable training Swiss German as a native language as well as very good German skills in speaking and writing Strong communication skills and enjoyment of telephone customer contact Quick grasp of things and networked thinking Organizational talent with a structured and independent way of working Friendly, service-oriented appearance What awaits you A workplace with short decision-making paths Direct cooperation across all departments Well-equipped infrastructure and modern work equipment How you can apply Have we aroused your interest?
