RHYBOOT with various locations in the St. Galler Rheintal offers living and working spaces to around 300 adults with different impairments. The range includes residential, employment, work, integration, and training places. For the day structure area, we are looking for an engaged Specialist in Care Employment 70% starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement Your tasks • Accompanying, caring for, and promoting employees with partly severe impairments in an employment group • Designing a varied and strength-oriented employment offer • Planning, organizing, and implementing individual and group activities • Taking over key person care (Bezugsbetreuung) • Cooperation and networking with relatives, legal representatives, as well as internal and external specialist centers • Cross-departmental cooperation Your profile • Completed training as a Specialist in Care (FaBe) EFZ or a degree in social pedagogy or special needs education • Several years of experience in accompanying people with impairments • Experience in dealing with the methods "Augmentative and Alternative Communication" and "TEACCH" • Appreciative, resource-, and solution-oriented fundamental attitude • Independent, reflective, and creative way of working • High resilience and flexibility in everyday work • Strong cooperation, networking, and teamwork skills • Motivation to help shape new things and to actively contribute to a larger whole • Driver's license category B • Good IT user knowledge We offer • A motivated, appreciative team and a versatile working environment • Room for design and the opportunity to actively contribute • Internal and external further training opportunities • Attractive and progressive social benefits with 5 to 7 weeks of vacation • Industry-standard salary classification Have we aroused your interest?
