Your tasks:

• Care and support of patients in inpatient and outpatient facilities
• Support of the qualified nursing staff during diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Execution of medical tasks such as vital signs monitoring, wound care, blood glucose measurement, and medication administration
• Promotion of patient independence through targeted activation and rehabilitation measures
• Communication with relatives, interdisciplinary teams, and doctors to ensure optimal care
• Documentation of nursing processes and participation in quality assurance

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Experience in inpatient or outpatient care is an advantage
• High social competence, empathy, and joy in working with people
• Structured and independent way of working as well as ability to work in a team
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
