Head of Sales, Service & Marketing (m/f/d)

The position ###

• Overall responsibility for achieving sales and profit targets in sales within our international group
• Strategic and operational leadership of the sales, service, and marketing teams in Switzerland as well as at our international locations
• Functional control and support of our international sales partners
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with key customers domestically and abroad
• Planning, implementation, and continuous further development of sales and marketing activities

What you bring with you ###

• Completed technical studies, ideally in the field of textile machinery manufacturing or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in international B2B sales of technical products
• Strong customer orientation as well as a confident appearance when dealing with international business partners
• Negotiation skills and experience in establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Experience in the further development of sales, service, or marketing processes
• Proficient use of common Office tools and digital work tools
• Business fluent English skills, Spanish is an advantage
• Willingness for international travel (approx. 50 %)
• Team-oriented personality with intercultural competence
