Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrical installer
• Ideally further training as a construction manager/team leader
• Some years of professional and leadership experience
• Flexibility and commitment combined with a high sense of responsibility, independent working, and assertiveness
• Enjoy taking on responsibility and leading your talent competently
• Good German skills
• Driver's license Cat. B
• between 25-50 years

Your tasks:

• Low-voltage and high-voltage installations in new builds and renovations in residential, commercial, and single-family buildings
• Leadership of an installation team (work preparation, personnel scheduling, etc.)
• Clarifications with specialist planners and architects
• Management and controlling of reporting
• Ensuring occupational safety and compliance with accident prevention regulations
• You are working in a key function and contribute significantly to the company's success
