Your contribution

• Assist in the conduct of proceedings in smaller and more extensive criminal investigations, mainly in the field of state security, predominantly in German
• Support procedural planning, prepare and carry out evidence collection, interrogations and coercive measures
• Clarify legal issues, independently draft orders as well as legal documents of all kinds (e.g., pleas, appeals and statements)
• Prepare final decisions such as indictments, penal orders, orders of non-prosecution and dismissal orders
• Act as a contact person in procedural matters for all parties involved

What makes you unique

• University degree in law with good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedural law
• Bar admission; additional qualifications (e.g., dissertation, LL.M., CAS) desired
• Professional experience at a public prosecutor's office, a court, in advocacy or in a related field
• Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking and a solution-oriented, pragmatic and assertive personality with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Situationally appropriate oral and written communication
• Good active knowledge of at least a second official language and in English; passive knowledge of the third official language is an advantage
