Real Estate Manager, 100 %

In our team, which is responsible for the area of "management" for properties in the city districts 1, 7 and 8, we are looking for an experienced real estate manager who is also responsible for an intact living culture in a multicultural environment.

Tasks ##

• Letting and management incl. inspections and handovers during tenant changes as well as handling tenant concerns
• Implementation of purpose-maintenance regulations for subsidized apartments
• Monitoring cost coverage, resetting rents, rent calculations and preparation of rent adjustments
• Maintenance planning and budgeting incl. approval of invoices
• Preparation of heating and operating cost statements
• Participation in project developments with regard to operator and user needs
• Professional leadership of an assistant

Profile ##

• Sound experience in property management
• Federal diploma in real estate management an advantage
• High service and customer orientation
• Good knowledge of tenancy law
• Independent way of working and solid IT user knowledge, advantageously also with SAP
• Sociability, high social competence and communication skills
