The Asyl-Organisation Zürich AOZ is an independent public-law institution of the city of Zürich with over 2000 employees. It is a specialist organization for migration, integration and education that operates throughout Switzerland. It accompanies refugees and other people with a refugee and/or migration background and opens up paths to the future for them. The clients include the city of Zürich, the canton of Zürich, numerous municipalities and the federal government. Due to a succession arrangement, we are looking for a experienced leader (m/w/d) with pronounced specialist expertise and specific knowledge in social, migration and socio-political issues as CHAIR OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD ## 100% ## YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ### • Operational overall responsibility for the organization • Cooperative design and coordination of continuous development • Positioning of AOZ as a reliable and competent provider of technically and qualitatively high-quality services • Further development of the corporate culture as well as structures and processes • Solution- and result-oriented cooperation with the numerous stakeholder and interest groups • Responsibility for target-group-oriented communication and reporting YOUR PROFILE ### • University of applied sciences or university degree, preferably in social work or social sciences • Solid business management knowledge and leadership experience in complex organizations, ideally in a non-profit or public environment • Pronounced strategic and analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex facts and make informed decisions • Experience in organizational, corporate and cultural development as well as in controlling complex governance structures • Experience in cooperation with public clients as well as a sovereign handling of administration, politics and the public, also in politically sensitive and uncertain situations • High power of persuasion, great decision-making pleasure and assertiveness • Pronounced negotiating and communication skills • Enjoyment of an exposed and active leadership role • Pronounced transcultural competence and the ability to promote a common identity and learning culture in a workforce with high diversity • Affinity for digital transformation and experience in introducing digital processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency YOUR CHANCE ### Shape and co-create - steer and further develop: In this key position, you will shape and design the day-to-day business and the future of the specialist organization operating throughout Switzerland together with the management board.
