Régleur / mécanicien presses d'injection 80-100%

Join our team as a Setter mechanic of injection presses and put your expertise to work for a fleet of cutting-edge machines, in an environment where technical rigor goes hand in hand with team spirit.

What does the job consist of? ##

• Perform the assembly and disassembly of molds for production changes, maintenance and repairs
• Set up the presses and peripherals
• Control of setting parameters, noting deviations, implementation and execution of corrective measures
• Optimize processes by providing solutions that improve yield and quality
• Perform the initial release of each production of articles according to quality control requirements
• Ensure the supply of raw material to the injection presses
• Control and study the production data of an installation and take corrective measures

What do we expect from you? ##

• CFC in the mechanical field, plastics technologist (TMP) or similar training
• Significant experience in setting injection presses and their peripherals
• Equipment such as robots or other automated systems are not unfamiliar to you
• Good knowledge of the French language (German is an asset)
• Enthusiasm for the field of plastic injection
• IT knowledge ERP, Microsoft365 (SAP is an asset)
• Knowledge in the field of Lean management
• Desire for personal training
• Work in a 2x8 team model
