• Training as dipl. Fachperson Operationstechnik HF or dipl. Pflegefachperson with further training FA OP
• Knowledge in several specialist areas such as: visceral and general surgery, traumatology, orthopedics, gynecology, obstetrics, urology, plastic surgery, ENT and hand surgery or the willingness to learn
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing activities and situations, open-minded, resilient and flexible
