As Quality Assurance Manager, you guarantee the safety, compliance and quality of products throughout the value chain, in a demanding, dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement What you accomplish ### • Management of the QA team for the meat department of our Courtepin site (4 employees) • Active participation in quality monitoring in the broadest sense of the term • Organization and implementation of certification audits and conducting internal audits • HACCP responsibility regarding processes and products • Development and implementation of sampling and control plans for products and hygiene • Release of new product development and recipe modifications • Development and implementation of internal training in the fields of quality, hygiene and food law • Management of quality improvement projects What you bring ### • Bildung: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) • Specialization: Bachelor in Food Science or higher education in the agri-food field • Professional experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar position, experience in the meat sector and QA would be an advantage.
