Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of emergency calls as well as business telephony
• Coordination and timely management of operations
• Uniform and complete case documentation in the emergency dispatch system
• Operation of the emergency dispatch center systems
• Cooperation with internal and external partners in event management

Requirements

• Several years of police professional experience
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to make decisions and maintain an overview in complex situations
• Willingness to learn, interest in IT-supported systems
• Networked and company-wide thinking
• Readiness for shift work
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
