Romanshorn Business Application Specialist 80% - 100% Information Technology What you do with us You ensure the stable operation and further development of our Business Applications. Together with specialist departments, IT, and external partners, you develop solutions around M365, CRM, CPQ, and other digital platforms. You actively drive topics around digital collaboration, automation, and artificial intelligence. You coordinate releases, tests, and technical developments and ensure a clean and controlled further development of our systems. You support governance topics such as roles, permissions, data quality, and documentation. You enjoy working together in an international environment with colleagues worldwide and bring the willingness to travel occasionally within the Geobrugg group. Who we are looking for You have a completed basic education or a degree related to IT, digitalization, Business Applications, or Business Engineering. You bring experience with Business Applications. Microsoft 365 is part of your everyday life. Ideally, you also know D365 CRM or a comparable CRM solution. You have a good understanding of processes, systems, and technical contexts. As a result, you recognize requirements quickly and can translate them into sustainable solutions together with specialist departments and partners. You can record, structure, and prioritize requirements. You maintain an overview even when dealing with several topics simultaneously. You move confidently between Business, IT, and external partners. In doing so, you communicate clearly and bring different interests together. You approach new technologies with curiosity and implement ideas pragmatically. In the international environment, you communicate confidently in English. You enjoy moving within the Microsoft ecosystem and are interested in the further development of modern technologies around M365, automation, and artificial intelligence.
