Behind every watch component lie expert hands, capable of transforming material with precision and meticulousness.

And what if yours already possessed this know-how?

We are looking for Finishing Operators to join our clients' workshops in the watch industry.

Your mission: reveal all the potential of the material

You will perform various finishing operations on components made of precious materials:

• Brushing, satinizing, and lapidary.
• Cabronnage, felting, and polishing.
• Beveling and quality control of finishes.

Every movement counts to obtain an impeccable result, while preserving the integrity of the pieces.

And what if your background was your best asset?

Do you have experience in polishing, jewelry, fine jewelry, dental prosthetics, bodywork, or the finishing of metal parts?

Do you possess excellent manual dexterity, good visual acuity, and a true sense of detail?

Do you love working with material and seek perfection in each of your movements?

Then your know-how could perfectly find its place in watchmaking!

An AFP training in watchmaking or confirmed experience in polishing constitutes a real asset. We are also interested in profiles from other sectors, whose technical and manual skills can be transferred to watch finishing.
