Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) as well as its surrounding systems
• Documentation, training, and introduction of business processes
• Identification of optimization potential in internal workflows, processes, and structures
• Interface to IT service providers, software partners, and management
• Leadership, coordination, and monitoring of internal digitalization and optimization projects from the idea to go-live
• Development and implementation of project plans including resource, budget, and time planning
• Ensuring system availability, data security, and compliance
• Communication with internal stakeholders and ensuring a smooth flow of information
• Introduction and further development of project management standards and tools within the company

What you bring with you

• Completed education in the field of computer science, business informatics, or comparable (HF/FH)
• Several years of experience in ERP administration and further development (ideally in the manufacturing industry)
• Experience in project management (agile and classic)
• Sound knowledge in process modeling
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills
• English in spoken and written form
