Your main tasks:

• Customer support in the B2B sector: You advise our specialist retailers in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland and support them with technical questions regarding our products.
• Order processing: You accompany customer orders from entry to successful completion – in German and French.
• Technical clarifications: Thanks to your technical understanding, you can competently assess customer inquiries and find suitable solutions together with production.
• Hub function: You are the important link between our customers, sales, and production and ensure that information flows reliably.
• Customer communication: You maintain a solution-oriented exchange with our customers – mainly in German, occasionally also in French.
• Participation in projects: Especially during the winter months, you can actively contribute to various projects and support our team with your ideas.

What you bring with you:

• A completed basic technical training – supplemented by commercial experience or further training
• Joy in combining your technical know-how with commercial tasks and customer contact
• German as a native language and secure, sympathetic communication
• Oral French skills: You can communicate in direct conversation with French-speaking customers and enjoy personal communication. Written French skills are not required.
• An independent, reliable, and exact way of working
• An upbeat, team-oriented personality who enjoys working with others
• Commitment and initiative – You like to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility
• Confident handling of ERP systems and common digital working tools
