Our organization with 45 employees is active in 21 cantons and ensures the administration of contributions and benefits in the areas of old-age and survivors' insurance (AHV), invalidity insurance (IV), loss of earnings compensation (EO) as well as family allowances.

• As a CCIH employee, your work is mainly structured around 2 axes:
• As a CCIH employee, your area of responsibility essentially comprises 2 main areas:

OASI contribution management / Verwaltung der AHV-Beiträge

• You process annual salary declarations and establish employer contribution statements.
• You process the annual wage clauses and create the employer contribution statements.

Processing of APG / Bearbeitung der Erwerbsersatzordnung (EO)

• You determine the right to benefits, calculate and pay indemnities in application of federal, cantonal laws, internal regulations and bilateral agreements.
• You examine the claim to benefits, calculate and pay the compensation applying federal and cantonal laws, the internal regulations as well as the bilateral agreement.

Your profile / Your profile

Diploma / Diploma

• You hold a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent title. Holding a federal diploma of specialist in social insurance is an asset.
• You have a completed apprenticeship as a Kaufmann/-frau EFZ or a comparable qualification. A federal diploma of specialist in social insurance is an advantage.

Experience / Experience

• You possess proven experience in social insurance.
• You have sound experience in the field of social insurance, particularly in the field of family allowances.

• You demonstrate rigor, possess an excellent team spirit and an excellent capacity for analysis. The interpretation and application of laws stimulates you. You are comfortable with numbers. Your interpersonal skills and stress resistance make you a pleasant and reliable employee.

• You express yourself easily in French. Proficiency in German constitutes a serious asset.
