What you can contribute to
treating legal and interdisciplinary questions relating to the application of health insurance legislation
supporting the implementation of quality development measures according to art. 58 et seq. LAMal, in particular by contributing to the development of conceptual and strategic bases for quality development, examining quality agreements and preparing their approval by the Federal Council
supporting the implementation of the requirements relating to the obligation to rebate benefits according to art. 56, para. 3, let. b, and para. 3bis LAMal, in particular by participating in the monitoring of compliance with the obligation and conducting administrative procedures
drafting reports and positions in the fields of quality development and the rebate of benefits
preparing and participating in legislative work in the fields of quality development and the obligation to rebate benefits
What makes you unique
university degree in law, preferably with a bar exam or a similar additional qualification, ideally with professional experience in the federal administration.
in-depth knowledge of health insurance law and health law, the Swiss healthcare system and administrative procedure.
writing skills, a strong taste for analytical and conceptual approaches
ability to work independently and in a structured manner with a strong sense of responsibility, communication skills and team spirit
good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third.
