On behalf of our client, an organization based in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a Finance Manager.

Finance Manager 80-100% - Neuchâtel

In this function, you will operate within a large and varied financial scope, at the intersection of accounting, controlling, internal control and process improvement.

Your missions :

• Supervise general and analytical accounting activities.
• Participate in closings, budgeting and audits.
• Ensure budget monitoring, controlling and financial analyses.
• Guarantee the quality of financial information and compliance with internal control.
• Participate in the improvement and digitalization of financial processes.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders.

Your profile :

• Higher education in finance, accounting or management.
• Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland.
• Solid skills in accounting, controlling and internal control.
• Experience in project management and proficiency in standard IT tools.
• Rigor, autonomy, analytical spirit and sense of responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to evolve in a transversal environment.
