In order to strengthen our Marketing and Customer Experience entity, we are looking for a collaborator, at 60%, from 1 September 2026 for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an ongoing HEG work-study program. The missions awaiting you: Participate in the realization of studies allowing for a deeper knowledge of our customers and the insurance market Participate in the realization of surveys allowing for the measurement of the Vaudoise customer experience (definition of questions, programming, sending, analysis of results, preparation of reports and presentations) Analyze customer feedback and identify improvement actions Support the team in competitive intelligence activities (carrying out comparisons, analyzing the market shares of Vaudoise and the competition, etc.) Support the administrative activities of the entity (invoicing, budget, etc.) Your profile: You are following or are about to start a higher education program of the HEG type in business administration You are customer-oriented and demonstrate an open mind French native speaker, you possess excellent communication skills in writing and speaking You are also naturally curious, conscientious and have an excellent sense of organization.
