Your tasks with the customer • Holistic, independent, and professionally competent nursing and care of patients on the medical private station. • Active collaboration in the interprofessional team to guarantee seamless and high-quality treatment in the three-shift system. • Co-design and optimization of station processes through the use of visual management tools and structured processes. • Accompaniment and promotion of trainees and students in their practical daily work to pass on your knowledge. Qualifications What you bring • Completed training as a Dipl. nursing specialist (HF, FH, AKP, or DN II). • Ideally, already experience in the medical acute care sector and enjoyment of a wide range of disease patterns. • Independent working methods and openness to new, structured processes and actively helping to shape them. • Team player qualities and communication strength, where applicants with a foreign diploma and recognized or ongoing SRK registration are also welcome.
