Pedagogical Co-Management in Long-term Care

We are

a team of social pedagogues and we enjoy doing our work. Our task is to create a second home with broad developmental space for 17 children and adolescents with challenging biographies and psychosocial burdens.

We promote and accompany the children and adolescents in their individual development with benevolence, mindfulness and clarity and are a reliable counterpart.

As a team, we are open and ready to develop ourselves further in our work.

You are

• an experienced specialist in stationary youth welfare with training in social pedagogy (HF/FH) and an additional qualification in personnel and operational management
• participating with joy and commitment to accompany children and adolescents in their development in a resource-oriented manner
• a leadership personality who succeeds in leading and promoting our experienced pedagogical team with appreciation, orientation and empathy
• ready to take on responsibility and at the same time actively work at the base level
• flexible, humorous and resilient and know how to combine human with professional competencies
• as a person perceptible and tangible as well as touchable
