Your tasks

• Functional and personnel leadership of the dispatch department and the driving staff
• Responsibility and organization of daily transport business
• Organization of driving staff and contract drivers
• Deployment planning of the assigned employees and the vehicle fleet
• Implementation of customer specifications
• Contact person for internal and external customers
• Control functions in the areas of time tracking and ARV control
• Training and induction of assigned employees

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training
• Further education in the field of Transport and Logistics Dispatcher
• Several years of sound professional experience in dispatch in Switzerland mandatory, advantageously in the area of groupage
• Leadership experience in a comparable function
• Customer-oriented, exact, and efficient working style
• Quick comprehension, networked way of thinking, as well as good communication skills
• Resilient, responsible, and confident appearance
• Very good oral and written expression in the German language
• Good PC user skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)
• French language skills are an advantage
