Call Center Agent Outbound (30-80%)#

Your tasks:

• Contacting and acquiring new customers (print media)
• Optimizing the customer portfolio, identifying sales opportunities
• Conducting needs analyses and selling products
• Expanding customer relationships

You bring:

• Already existing professional experience in customer consulting / customer service / customer service
• Very good Swiss German skills (mandatory)
• Communicative, convincing and structured personality with drive
• Service provider who is willing to go the "extra mile"
• Skilled handling of PC & IT
• Flexible deployment willingness (regular evening & Saturday deployments)
