Quality Manager (M/F)

We are looking for one of our clients, specialized in the field of watchmaking and located in the montagnes neuchâteloises, for a quality manager (M/F):

Tasks:

• Define quality criteria
• Guarantee compliance according to ISO standards (notably 9001, AS/EN 9100)
• Drive the continuous improvement culture
• Collaborate with various departments in order to implement verification procedures for compliance
• Monitor the quality management system and communicate performance
• Suspend activities or flows due to major non-conformities

Profile:

• Confirmed experience in quality and the implementation of a quality system
• Benefit from a TQ3 training
• Good mastery of standards 9001/ 9100/ 14001/ 45001
• Good level of English, knowledge of German is a plus
• Very good mastery of IT software
• Methodical person with a good team spirit
