In this cross-functional role, you will support all Banking Operations teams where your experience and your understanding of internal banking processes are particularly in demand. You will process demanding special cases, take on responsibility during operational peaks, and simultaneously participate in projects and development initiatives. A central focus is at the interface between the specialist department and IT. You analyze requirements, coordinate Change Requests, and accompany their implementation with internal and external specialists. You question existing processes, drive optimizations forward, and support projects related to digitalization, automation, and transformation. You have a good understanding of the processes and connections in Banking Operations and move confidently at the interface between daily business, processes, and systems. Knowledge in various operations areas such as Payments, Corporate Actions, or Settlements, as well as experience with core banking systems, is an advantage. Ideally, you also bring experience in business analysis, process optimization, or the implementation of functional requirements.
