Polymechanic - CNC Manufacturing with CNC Programming

Activity

• CNC and conventional turning and milling of individual parts
• Independent setting up, equipping, and programming of CNC machines
• Optimizing and adapting existing programs
• Carrying out quality controls and documenting measurement results
• Maintaining and caring for the machines as well as the work and measuring tools
• Cooperation in general workshop work
• Active thinking and participation in the optimization of processes

Requirements

• Completed training as Polymechaniker/in EFZ or Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ
• Experience in conventional manufacturing as well as in CNC machining
• Knowledge in CNC programming
• Ideally experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
• Independent, precise, and quality-conscious way of working
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Enjoyment of a versatile activity in a production environment
