The residential groups Matrusaden (Maisprach) and Bapusaden (Waldenburg) are places of arrival for young adults and older people living with mental, psychological, or physical impairments. A home is created here, supported by diversity: people of different cultures and life stories meet with respect and warmth. In Waldenburg, 12 people find their place in the residential group Bapusaden. Both houses are connected by a family spirit, characterized by appreciation, trust, and genuine togetherness. People are individually cared for and looked after 365 days a year, around the clock. Our focus is on holistic accompaniment, which is oriented toward the personal needs, the respective life situation, and the individual background of the people. Your task with us: For our location in 4437 Waldenburg, we are looking with heart for an engaged personality for the night shift. You are empathetic and present, keep a clear head in both calm and special situations, and create security for the people who rely on your support at night through your attitude.
