Team Leader Semi-Finished Goods Trading

As Team Leader Semi-Finished Goods Trading, you will lead your small team professionally and personally and ensure efficient, customer-oriented order processing. At the same time, you remain close to day-to-day business: you advise customers, create and manage offers, process orders, and sell semi-finished goods in German, French, and English. You actively promote customer development, recognize market and customer potentials, and contribute to the further development of processes, digital tools, and the webshop.

You have a commercial vocational training or a comparable further education and bring several years of professional experience in

internal sales or technical trade

with you. Technical interest, digital affinity, and good French and English skills are required. Your personality convinces us through independence, goal orientation, sense of responsibility, and assertiveness. Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview, motivate your team, and enjoy actively shaping changes.
