You together ensure the implementation of the IV service mandates - from intake to case management to coordination with internal and external partners. You are responsible for the budget and processes and ensure efficient, structured workflows. You lead meetings and organize case discussions with overview and clarity. You continuously develop offers, quality, and cooperation and actively maintain your network. You represent your area of activity competently internally and externally.
