Become a specialist and process complex property damage in the areas of liability, motor vehicle, and construction insurance (business, professional, and property owner's liability insurance as well as construction insurance and construction bonds) independently and proactively. In doing so, you always put the needs of our customers at the center and respond individually to their needs
Investigate and assess facts - also on-site - and make sound decisions on coverage, liability, and recourse issues
Engage internal and external experts if necessary, initiate expert reports, and thereby ensure a correct assessment of the cases
Actively negotiate by telephone, in writing, or in person with policyholders, claimants, legal representatives, brokers, private insurers, as well as other internal and external bodies. In doing so, you check, evaluate, and calculate the compensation owed under liability law, based on contracts, invoices, and receipts - if necessary in Zus
