Psychological Counseling (20% - 60%) The Verein für Arbeitsmarktmassnahmen VAM is a private law organization which, on behalf of the Canton of Zug, promotes the integration of job seekers into the labor market in a versatile manner. Through targeted counseling, active placement, and labor market programs with integrated further training, the chances of job seekers in the labor market are to be improved. We are looking for, by arrangement: Psychological Counseling (20% - 60%) As Psychological Counseling, you specifically support job seekers in their psychological stabilization and professional integration. With your professional expertise, you conduct anamnesis and counseling sessions in German and English, recognize individual support needs, and triage to suitable specialists if necessary. Through your effective and timely counseling, you make an important contribution to sustainable integration processes. Which profile do you bring with you: Mandatory: Completed university degree in psychology Several years of experience in counseling and supporting people in stressful life situations Profound knowledge and confidence in dealing with psychological stress reactions and mental illnesses Very good communication skills in German and English Didactic skills for the understandable transmission of psychological content to different target groups Responsible and professional handling of confidentiality, data protection, and professional secrecy Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Advantageous: Practical experience in counseling or coaching in the field of labor market integration Profound knowledge of the labor market as well as labor market integration processes Which tasks await you: Psychological counseling of job seekers regarding psychological, family, financial, and professional questions Demonstrating everyday techniques to reduce or end the current psychological stress or through references to further counseling at specialist institutions or self-help organizations Knowledge transfer and counseling on psychological topics Depending on the workload: Implementation as well as preparation and follow-up of a weekly module in small groups with a focus on resilience promotion, self-regulation, motivation, resilience, and work-relevant psychosocial competencies (within the framework of a 10% workload) for job seekers.
