Your Task

In this demanding key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the areas of technology, maintenance, production planning, and logistics. You will lead and further develop the subordinate employees professionally as well as personally and ensure smooth operational processes. Your main tasks include the planning, organization, and monitoring of all maintenance, repair, and optimization work on the technical systems and infrastructure. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring efficient production and resource planning as well as the continuous improvement of processes, workflows, and technical standards. In doing so, you will work closely with internal interfaces and ensure sustainable cost, quality, and schedule optimization.

Your Profile

• Technical basic training in the mechanical field, ideally with corresponding further training at the level of technician, master, production specialist, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, technology, maintenance, and operational organization, as well as in the leadership of employees
• Very good MS Office skills as well as practical experience in dealing with ERP systems
• Proficient German language skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• Entrepreneurial mindset as well as a solution-, organization-, and goal-oriented way of working
• High personal responsibility, assertiveness, and a hands-on mentality
• Resilient, communicative, and team-oriented personality
• Experience in the paper, cardboard, tube, or packaging industry is an advantage
