• You get to know our applicants personally and conduct interviews.
• You maintain personal and long-term relationships with our temporary employees and corporate clients.
• You actively acquire new applicants and corporate clients – personally, by telephone, via WhatsApp or with your own video messages. You will also appear yourself in front of the camera.
• You are also active on social media, filming your own videos and taking photos with our applicants and temporary employees.
• You bring suitable applicants and companies together and coordinate their assignments.
• The administration surrounding applicants, customers and assignments is also part of your everyday life.
