The majority of them work in education, promotion and care of people with disabilities. We are looking for a competent personality as Specialist Employee Maintenance at the Zetzwil location starting October 1, 2026 or by agreement Working hours 100% Your main tasks You are responsible for the value-preserving and value-increasing work on the properties, their infrastructures and operating facilities, together with a small team Your focus is on the maintenance of HLKSE systems You identify the causes of malfunctions and rectify them in a economical and independent manner You plan and budget replacement purchases, including obtaining and comparing offers You coordinate and monitor work by third parties You take over general maintenance work, small relocation work You perform standby duty according to the deployment plan You help with personnel shortages in school transport What you bring High service and customer orientation Friendly and appreciative interaction with people Flexibility, commitment and motivation to make a difference Professional certification as an electrician or completed technical 3 to 4-year vocational training in the field of plant maintenance Further training as a maintenance specialist is desirable Good communication in German (verbal and written) Good Office 365 skills, experience with FM software Driver's license category B with code BPT 121/122 or willingness to obtain it Your benefits With committed and collegial team members, you have the opportunity to take responsibility and shape your work area.
