Skills2Go is an organically managed institution in Baselland with a small home and outpatient support. We offer social pedagogical family support, aftercare, visit accompaniment and are constantly developing.

For the outpatient sector, we are looking by arrangement and to expand our teams

Social Pedagogical Family Support 50-70% ##

The tasks include: ###

• Social pedagogical family support as well as outpatient support, aftercare, visit accompaniment etc.
• Counseling, support, coaching of families and individuals
• Cooperation with the referring agencies such as KESB, social assistance, the involved agencies and institutions as well as the entire helper network
• Assessments, recommendations, reports and status determinations on behalf of the referring agencies
• Participation in meetings, supervisions, case discussions
• Case management

What you bring ###

• Degree in social pedagogy, psychology or social work FH or HF level
• at least 2 years of professional experience in working with children, adolescents and families
• Further training in counseling/ coaching or the willingness to complete such
• Confidence in dealing with complex and challenging systems and situations
• A high degree of self-leadership, self-organization and personal responsibility
• Willingness to also attend short-term appointments, appointments in the evening and, by arrangement, on weekends
• Motivation for active participation and further development of the team and the organization
• Driver's license and own car an advantage
• In our team, we work in a linguistically diverse environment and are composed of German-Portuguese, English, French, bis- (Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin, Serbian) and Italian speaking. We would like to further expand our language repertoire.
