Want to lead a concrete project at the heart of our quality system?

As part of the deployment of SenseIT, Nestlé's digital solution dedicated to the management of sensory evaluations, we are looking for an intern capable of leading this project with very high autonomy. This solution specifically allows for the digitalization of sensory evaluations, facilitating integration with SAP, accessing information in real time, and strengthening process compliance.

Your mission

Within the Quality team of the Nescafé Factory in Orbe, you will contribute to the digitalization and continuous improvement of our quality management system. You will work in close collaboration with the Quality and operational teams and the various stakeholders of the site.

This internship is intended for a proactive, structured, and responsible person, capable of organizing their work, soliciting the right interlocutors, and advancing their topics with limited supervision. The internship is open only to students currently studying or who have obtained their degree less than a year ago.

How you will create impact

• Take charge of the SenseIT project with a high level of autonomy, from understanding the need to the deployment of the solution.
• Analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and propose simple, effective solutions adapted to operational needs.
• Collect, structure, and exploit the information necessary for the project by relying on documentation, standards, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate exchanges with different actors, ensure the follow-up of actions, and contribute to team alignment.
• Test solutions, document results, and develop standards, procedures, and supports guaranteeing sustainable use of the tool.
• Support users in the adoption of the solution and monitor project progress using performance indicators.
• Contribute more broadly to the digitalization and continuous improvement of quality processes.

What will make you successful

• You are pursuing higher education in engineering, continuous improvement, industrial systems, or a similar field, or obtained your degree less than a year ago.
• You demonstrate great autonomy, curiosity, and spirit of initiative, and know how to progress in a project even when all answers are not immediately available.
• You are capable of transforming an objective into a concrete action plan, defining your priorities, and conducting several activities in parallel.
• You possess a solid analytical mind and know how to effectively search for, structure, and synthesize information.
• You are rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail.
• You know how to communicate with various interlocutors and create a collaborative dynamic.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and Microsoft Office (including Copilot); experience in data management, digitalization, or data visualization is an asset.
• You communicate fluently in French; English is an asset.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, continuous improvement, or an industrial environment is an advantage.
