We are looking for an experienced personality who will lead, structure, and further develop our technical department independently.

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of the refrigeration project department
• Leadership and further development of the project managers and technical employees
• Structuring and further development of the technical organization and processes
• Responsibility for the timely, quality-compliant, and cost-effective execution of our projects
• Monitoring of project costs, hours, and post-calculations
• Planning and control of personnel resources
• Ensuring technical quality as well as compliance with standards and regulations
• Close cooperation with management, sales, assembly, service, and purchasing
• Contact person for customers, planners, suppliers, and other partners
• Implementation of process optimizations in the technical area

What we expect from you

• Sound training in the field of refrigeration technology
• Further training as a Project Manager Building Technology with federal diploma, dipl. Techniker HF or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally with leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial and economic thinking
• Organizational and leadership strength
• Assertiveness and decisiveness
• Structured, independent way of working and good communication skills
• Confident handling of digital tools and project-related software
