For our Microsurgery area, we are looking for you as Clinical Support & Product Specialist (m/f/d) for Switzerland. Synovis Micro, part of the Baxter family, represents innovation in microsurgery with the GEM product line. Our solutions – including GEM COUPLER, GEM FLOW COUPLER and GEM Microsuture – are considered "game changers" for microsurgeons from plastic reconstructive surgery, hand surgery as well as oral and maxillofacial surgery. With an exclusive distributor network in 22 European countries, including key markets such as England, Germany, Spain and Switzerland, we support sales teams, doctors and OR teams in providing the best possible care for their patients. As a Clinical Support & Product Specialist (m/f/d) based in Switzerland, you are the central contact person regarding the product portfolio and its clinical application for our distributors and end customers. You train sales staff, surgeons and nursing staff, plan and accompany product launches and ensure that our unique products unfold their full potential in the OR. Together with the local Managing Director, you work hand in hand for further market expansion and the promotion of demand. Your tasks: Coordination and implementation of trainings & instruction (virtual and on-site) for distributors and medical specialists from the specialist departments Accompanying surgeries for the practical introduction and application of GEM products Participation in workshops & specialist events for presentation and knowledge transfer Close cooperation with surgeons, OR teams and nursing staff to ensure the successful application of our solutions Support for the implementation of the marketing and sales strategy Your profile: Completed medical technology or natural science education/studies Several years of experience in the OR environment (e.g. as an application specialist, OR specialist or comparable) Didactic skill and enthusiasm for training medical specialists Very good English skills (other European languages are an advantage) Willingness to travel within Europe (~20 %) Communicative personality with high initiative and enjoyment of innovation What we offer: An international key role in the area of Clinical Support Work with highly innovative "Unicorn" products in microsurgery Close cooperation with leading distributors and surgeons in Europe Very good development opportunities within the Baxter Group Attractive compensation and comprehensive social benefits according to Swiss standards Would you like to save and preserve lives together with us?
