For an established construction company in the Bern region, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as Polier Strassenbau (a) 100 %.

Your tasks:
Leadership and organization of construction sites in road and civil engineering
Coordination of workflows and employees
Ensuring timely and qualitatively flawless execution

Your profile:
Training as a Baupolier with corresponding professional experience
Experience in construction site management in road construction
Independent, reliable and cost-conscious way of working
Enjoyment of employee leadership and cooperation with construction management
Good IT skills and interest in digital construction processes
