The office has been planning and realizing private and public buildings for over 25 years -- residential, schools, office, workshops, and site developments. A significant part of the assignments arises through competitions and design studies. A personality is sought for conception and design as well as for the processing of the design and execution phases.

Tasks

• Conception, design, and presentation of demanding studies, competitions, and preliminary projects
• Processing of SIA phases 31 - 53 (design to realization)
• Organization, presentation, and coordination with specialist planners
• Design leadership and further development of the projects until execution

Profile

• Completed architecture studies ETH/FH or comparable
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• High design and conceptual competence
• Proficient processing of SIA phases 31 - 53
• Responsible, independent, team player, leadership competence
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Profound CAD-3D knowledge, ideally ArchiCAD
