For Raiffeisenbank Regio Muttenz, a successful and locally oriented bank with branches in Arlesheim, Münchenstein, Muttenz and Pratteln, we are looking for a personality as a Customer Advisor.

What awaits you?

• Advising and supporting customers in the customer zone
• Identification of needs and forwarding of customers to the responsible specialist advisors
• Collaboration in market development measures and performance of representative tasks
• Ensuring the operation of all cash dispensers and the required banknote and coin stocks
• Support and relief for the customer advisors in the administrative processing of all arising business cases

What do you bring with you?

• Completed commercial training, experience in banking business an advantage
• Knowledge of banking products in the areas of saving, numbers, investing, provision
• Enthusiastic and sales-oriented personality with a winning appearance
• Independent, exact and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills
