Estimator Tunnel Construction (m/f/d) 80-100% What moves you * Responsible for the calculation of complex projects in the field of underground construction in an offer team under the leadership of an experienced project manager * Development of the calculation basis including execution variants and project optimizations * Construction sequence and schedule planning * Supplier and subcontractor inquiries * Creating cost estimates and quotations * Support of the supervisor in contract award negotiations * Price calculations for supplementary offers from construction sites in execution * Preparation of offers internally with structural engineering and special foundation engineering Why you will succeed * Degree and qualification: You have a degree as a civil engineer FH or a comparable training and already bring knowledge in the field of underground construction. * Interest in estimation: Even if you have not yet worked professionally as an estimator, you are very welcome. * IT skills: You are a routine, proficient user of MS Office. Experience with BAUBIT or a comparable calculation program is an advantage. The same applies to scheduling with TILOS. * Way of working: You are used to working in a team, think analytically and in networks, and process the tasks assigned to you independently and efficiently. * Language skills: Good German skills are required.
